Immediate Post-Purchase Period

Upon completing the purchase of one of our programs, you will receive an email containing the login details needed to access your trading platform. Once these details are provided, our policy does not allow for refunds. This is due to the service beginning upon account creation, and you have instant access to the tools and resources provided in the evaluation.

Dispute and Chargeback Policy

Engaging in improper disputes or chargebacks can have serious consequences. Clients who initiate these actions without valid reasons are subject to being permanently banned from our platform. We strongly urge our clients to submit a support ticket first to resolve any billing issues amicably.

When a trader completes their challenge and moves on to completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to activate their funded account if you fail your KYC process and are denied by our KYC partner, you will not be eligible for a refund of any of your orders and will be denied your funded account. Additionally, you will be prohibited from purchasing products from our platform in the future. To stay in good standing with our KYC partner, we recommend reviewing their terms of use and risk disclosures.

Our KYC partner follows strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. If you fall out of good standing with them, it is beyond our control, and we must act accordingly.
