Quick overview of rules for all our challenge types

Updated over a week ago

Overview

We offer no time limits on all our evaluation models. The challenges we offer are:

  • Standard Challenge: A two-phased evaluation featuring an equity and balance-based drawdown. You can qualify for a payout just 21 days after receiving the TFT Funded Account.

  • Rapid Challenge: A two-phased evaluation featuring a balance-based daily drawdown. You can qualify for a payout just 14 days after receiving the TFT funded account, or within 7 days if purchased with the 7 day withdrawal add-on.

  • Royal Challenge: A two-phased evaluation with minimal restrictions. You can qualify for a payout just 30 days after receiving the TFT funded account, or within 14 days if purchased with the 14 day withdrawal add-on.

  • Royal Pro Challenge: A two-phased evaluation with no restrictions. You can qualify for a payout just 3 days after receiving the TFT funded account and meeting the requirements.

  • Knight Challenge: A single-phase evaluation offering one of the fastest payout opportunities in the industry. You can qualify for a payout just 7 days after receiving the TFT Funded Account. You can purchase an add-on for 4% daily drawdown and 7% max drawdown.

  • Dragon Challenge: A three-phased evaluation featuring a balance-based daily drawdown. You can qualify for a payout just 7 days after receiving the TFT funded accounts. You can purchase a 95% Reward Split as an add-on.

  • Knight Pro Challenge: The Knight Pro Challenge offers a single-phase evaluation with a 5% daily drawdown (soft breach) and 10% profit target. News trading is allowed, and payouts can be requested anytime, subject to steadfast gains requirements.

Please note: All Phase 1, 2, & 3, as well as TFT Funded Accounts are routed through a simulated feed, therefore simulating real market conditions.

Inactivity Periods

30-Day Inactivity Rule: To maintain the activity of your account, you must log-in and execute at least a single trade of a minimum of 0.01 lot within every 30-day period. This applies to all accounts.

Please be aware that if an account does not place a trade for over 30 days, it will be deemed inactive. As per our policy, inactive accounts will be considered breached, and all associated challenge fees, simulated profits, or pending payouts will be forfeited. This policy is in place to encourage active trading within our community and to mitigate the costs associated with maintaining inactive demo accounts.

Note:

  • The same rules apply to Funded accounts.

  • Days are consecutive, not trading days.

Transitioning to TFT funded accounts for all challenge types

  • Upon successful completion of the challenge phases, your TFT funded account will be immediately issued in a disabled state. At this point, all participants must undergo the KYC procedure mentioned here and the contract formalities.

    • After signing and submitting the contract, your account will be enabled to trade within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).

Drawdown Reset Time

The max daily drawdown resets every day between 4:57 PM - 5:03 PM EST. To ensure smooth functionality, we advise our simulated traders to not execute trades in between the window of 4:57 PM - 5:03 PM EST when the drawdown is being reset. Once your last balance/equity (whichever is higher) is pulled for the trading day your dashboard will update with your new Daily Breach Level. This is the amount your account equity must stay above in order to not be breached.

Accounts Not Allowed to Hold Trades Over the Weekend

The following Challenge types (Phase & Funded accounts) are not allowed to hold trades over the weekend:

  • Standard Challenges

  • Rapid Challenges

  • Dragon Challenges

  • Knight Challenges

⚠️ Weekend Trade Closure Warning ⚠️

Please note that our system will automatically close all trades at 4 PM EST before the weekend. At that time, your account will be temporarily disabled to prevent any new trades from being opened. The account will be re-enabled shortly after 5 PM EST to allow you to trade crypto over the weekend.

Important:

• While your account is disabled, you will not be able to manually maintain or close your trades. All trades will be closed by the system.

• The system will attempt to close trades multiple times between 4 PM and 5 PM EST to ensure all trades are properly closed.

• In the event that a trade is not closed and remains open through the weekend, you will be responsible for any market fluctuations (higher or lower) when the market reopens.
