This includes the issuance of payouts or refunds:
Cuba
Iran
North Korea

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these regulations. For more information please read this article.
Minimum Withdrawal Threshold – Updated Payout Eligibility Rules
To ensure consistency across all payout methods and funded programs, we’ve implemented a unified minimum withdrawal threshold of 0.25% of initial balance.
Objective of This Implementation
This new rule applies to the following payout methods and challenge types:
Rise Payouts
Crypto Payouts
All Funded Challenges (including Standard, Rapid, Royal, Knight, Knight Pro, Royal Pro, and Dragon)
Payout Eligibility Criteria
Traders must be at least 0.25% in profit on their account to qualify for a withdrawal
For example: On a 100K account, you must be at least $250 in profit to become eligible.
Once eligible, the minimum withdrawal amount is $25, regardless of the payout method (Rise or Crypto).
Payout Process
To receive a payout through Rise, follow these steps:
Go to the Dashboard and click on "Payouts"
Select "Request Payout" and choose Riseworks as your withdrawal method.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Generate a passcode.
If it's your first time requesting a payout via Rise, you'll receive an email asking you to join TFT's team on Rise.
Click on the link in the invitation email to create an account and verify your identity. Even if you have already created a Rise account, please accept the invite.
Once your Rise account is verified, go to the Action Items section in the Rise dashboard, then accept the invitation and sign the Professional Service Agreement.
Note: Your payout will be sent once your Rise account is verified, and all the above steps are completed. Please be aware that payment processing is only possible after your account has been verified.
Important Note:
Please be aware that once a payout request is submitted, it cannot be reversed or canceled under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of the payout process and prevent potential misuse.
Additionally, please note that traders will not be able to submit a new withdrawal request until the previous request has been processed and moved from "pending" status to either "rejected" or "approved." This means that if a withdrawal is still in a pending state, you must wait for it to be resolved before initiating another request. This ensures that all payout processes are handled in an orderly and efficient manner.
Submitting invoice or payout requests directly through Riseworks will result in denial. Repeated offenders may face penalties and risk having their Simulated Account revoked.
Minimum amount to request a payout is $25
Important Information Regarding Rise Password Resets
If you reset your password for your Rise account, please be aware that this will also result in receiving a new Rise ID.
Why is the Rise ID important?
The Rise ID is crucial for The Funded Trader to process your payouts. When your Rise ID changes, our team needs to verify the new ID before proceeding with your payout request. This verification process may lead to delays in processing your payout.
Recommendation to Avoid Delays
To prevent any unnecessary delays, we highly recommend that you avoid resetting your Rise ID password unless absolutely necessary. If a password reset is essential, please submit a ticket to get your Rise account re-verified before requesting any additional payouts. This will help ensure that there are no delays in processing your payout.
Refund & Payout Policy:
No refunds or payouts will be issued if you fail to complete the KYC process. We strongly advise all clients to have their documents ready and ensure they are in a position to pass the KYC process before purchasing an account on our platform. If you are unable to successfully complete KYC once you reach a funded account, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Additionally, if you are in a Rise-eligible country and intend to use Rise, please ensure that your Rise account is created using the same email address as your Trade Hub account. Please note, if you do not pass the Rise KYC process, you will not be eligible for payouts or refunds
To better understand how to prepare for and pass the verification process, please refer to this guide: How to Pass Verification.
