Scaling plan overview and eligibility for the Rapid Challenge

Updated over a week ago

Scaling Plan

  • Funded Rapid Challenge accounts are eligible for a scaling plan if the trader makes over 10% of the account’s initial demo simulated balance in one simulated profit split. This is calculated on net simulated profit and therefore does not take into account bonuses and challenge refunds. When the trader requests their payout, they will earn an additional 10% to their initial demo account virtual balance if the withdrawal was greater than 10% of their initial demo account virtual balance.

  • Traders can continue to scale their account by 10% by making at least 10% on the account's demo initial balance. For example, if the initial demo simulated balance is $100k and the trader makes 10%, then their new demo account simulated balance will be $110k moving forward. In the next period, the trader would only need to make at least 10% of the original $100k demo balance instead of making 10% on the new $110k demo simulated balance.

NOTE: The eligible scaling of your account will start from the date you place your first trade. Example: If you receive your Simulated Funded Account on April 1st, but the first trade isn't taken until April 3rd, your account will be reviewed for scaling on July 3rd.

Example One: Withdrawal is Greater Than or Equal to 10% of Initial Demo Account simulated Balance

If you request a withdrawal that is greater than or equal to 10% of your demo account's initial simulated balance from trading activity in simulated profit split, you will get your payout plus 10% added to your demo account simulated balance.

Please note that even if you earn more than 10% for your withdrawal, you will still be limited to earning 10% added to your demo account balance.

For instance, if you have a $100,000 simulated funds Rapid Challenge Simulated Funded Account, when you get a withdrawal of $10,000 or more, you will get $10,000 simulated funds added to your initial $100,000 simulated funds demo balance upon your withdrawal being processed bringing your demo balance to $110,000 simulated funds.

Example Two: Withdrawal is Less Than 10% of Initial Demo Account Balance

If you request a withdrawal of less than 10% of your demo account's initial balance, you are not eligible for an increase of the initial balance on your demo account.

For instance, if you have a $100,000 simulated funds Rapid Challenge Simulated Funded Account and request a withdrawal of $9,999.99 or less, your initial balance will stay the same upon your withdrawal being processed, which in this example, would be $100,000 simulated funds.

90% Simulated Profit Split Eligibility

If during any 3 month period you qualify for the 10% scaling 2 out of 3 months, you are then eligible for 90% payouts permanently. For example, if in April and June you qualify for the 10% scaling as explained above, but in July you only make 1%, from August onward you will receive 90% payouts.

Example Scaling Plan - Three 10% Increases

10% Increase #2

  • Initial Demo Account Balance: $110,000 simulated funds

  • 10% Increase of Initial Demo Account Balance: $10,000 simulated funds

  • New Demo Account Balance: $120,000 simulated funds

10% Increase #3

  • Initial Demo Account Balance: $120,000 simulated funds

  • 10% Increase of Initial Demo Account Balance: $10,000 simulated funds

  • New Demo Account Balance: $130,000 simulated funds

Note: A profit split means you are paid based on data which is measured by simulated profit)
