💡 What Is the Bonus Pool?
The Bonus Pool is a new reward system for traders who have reached Tier 5 (99% payout split) in our Profitable Trader Program. Each month, a portion of The Funded Trader’s net profit is distributed to these top performers based on their actual results and contribution to the firm.
This is our way of directly sharing in the success of our best traders and creating a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.
✅ Bonus Pool Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Bonus Pool:
You must have at least one active Funded account in Tier 5 (99% payout split) at the end of the month
Your monthly net PnL aggregated across all of your Funded accounts must be net positive at the end of the month

We allocate a substantial portion of our monthly profits to reward our top-performing Tier 5 traders
📊 How Bonuses Are Calculated
Traders earn a share of the Bonus Pool based on their net PnL performance relative to other qualified traders.
Your Bonus = (Your Monthly Net Funded Account PnL ÷ Total Monthly Net PnL of All Qualified Traders) × Total Bonus Pool
Note: We aim to release metrics about Total Monthly Net PnL of All Qualified Traders by the 10th day of the following month and provide bonus pool payments by the 15th day of the following month.

Example 1 — Performance-Based Bonus:
Your Monthly Net PnL on Funded Accounts: $20,000 (sum of below performance results for a given month)
Funded Account A: -$5,000
Funded Account B: $10,000
Funded Account C: $15,000
Total Qualified Trader Monthly Net PnL: $200,000
→ You've contributed 10% of the qualified trader performance
→ You receive 10% of the monthly bonus pool
🗳️ Monthly Community Vote
At the end of each month, qualified Tier 5 traders vote on how the pool is distributed:
Keep private — Exclusive to Tier 5 traders only
Public Competition — Turn bonus pool into prizes for a leaderboard-style competition event
Share Down — Distribute a flat amount to all Tier 3+ funded accounts
This gives our top traders both a reward and a voice in how rewards are shared.
📅 When Are Bonuses Paid?
Bonuses are calculated and paid once per month
You’ll receive an email and see a separate bonus line item in your payout dashboard
Payouts follow the same processing speed as your regular withdrawals
